Had a crack in my windshield, was approached at circle k gas pumps by Daniel from vista glass, he gave me his # I texted him on a Monday, he didn't get back to me till Wednesday, ask for make model and year, texted me back next said he could do it for 250.00 ( with a free tint on top) I told him I have insurance, never heard back, tried to call vista's office, no answer so I left voicemail, never called back, so I guess there doing so good they don't need my business, and Danielle is selling their windshields out the back of his truck! Do not use these people

They need to rehire a new front desk lady she dont even know how to speak proper English and they need to start taking pictures of vehicles before entering the back for any services just for a better understanding with the clients... also i went for 1 window replacement and i took my car to there shop i went and my car had 1 broken window that needed replacement so the lady tells me 3 hours to get it done i said ok so i came back for my car and i found my front windshield with a small crack and on the passenger side the same damage so what a coincidence so i bring it up to the front office lady and she keep denying it and she keepd giving me the run around but then the installer tried to get brave so i squared up and he didnt want no problems smh idk why he wanted the smoke but it showed me the type of people this business owner has on the clock dont waste your time or money on this business

I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone I know or care about…it’s truly awful like the reviews say. They offer a Groupon for window tinting and I spent months trying to schedule my appointment. The only problem? They don’t even have someone on staff to do the tint applications. Douglas along with Maria Main and her husband (owners) are awful to interact with. I eventually asked Groupon for my refund and will heed peoples warnings next time. I overlooked the poor reviews before I bought it. But this place offers steep discounts like that for a reason.

We bought a China cabinet that came with two broken mirrors and a missing glass shelf. Vista Glass made my replacements quick. The staff is awesome and we're very helpful in making sure I had the right materials and were the right size.
